Tattoo risks and health disclosures:

Allergic reactions. Tattoo ink can cause allergic skin reactions, such as an itchy rash at the tattoo site. This can happen even years after getting a tattoo. Red ink tends to be more prone to allergic reactions that other tattoo ink colors.
Skin infections. A skin infection is possible after getting a tattoo, most infections are caused by improper aftercare and exposing the fresh tattoo to unsanitary conditions.
Other skin problems. Sometimes an area of inflammation can form around tattoo ink. This is called a granuloma. Tattooing also can lead to keloids. Keloids are raised areas caused by an overgrowth of scar tissue.

After 5 appointments you get $100 off your next tattoo/appointment! Can be redeemed whenever, no time limit.

The Artist is the sole creator of the Artwork and is the owner of the rights herein granted.
The Artwork is original and has not previously been published.
The Artwork does not contain any obscene, libelous or defamatory matter.
The Artwork is in no way a violation or an infringement of any existing copyright or license.
Additional Legal Disclaimers
Custom and pre-made tattoo designs with modifications can be used by Bek Artz LLC portfolio books, advertisement purposes, and published online, but will not be able to resell the design anywhere and the client has full rights to the piece in regards to the tattoo itself. If the design is copied by another artist I am not liable for redistribution.
All flash tattoo designs and pre-made designs can be used by Bek Artz LLC for portfolio books, product designs, advertisement purposes, published and distributed online and in-store, any client has “no rights” to the piece other than having the tattoo/art in their skin. If the design is copied by another artist I am not liable for redistribution. All other tattoo designs before or after being tattooed and made under Bek Artz LLC can be used by Bek Artz LLC for portfolio books, product designs, advertisement purposes, published and distributed online and in-store, the client has “no rights” to the piece.
Art and tattoos belonging to Bek Artz LLC and clients with permission published to Hard Headz LLC associated with socials or other collaborators are copyrighted to Bek Artz LLC but can be used for collaborative promotional services with other entities with permission. Bek Artz LLC works under and with Hard Headz LLC collaboratively but remain separate entities.
All consent forms and other written private information from clients are kept locked and safe for at least 5 years after receiving the documents and will not be seen by anyone other than the owner of Bek Artz LLC or distributed to anyone outside of Bek Artz LLC. All prints and digital work sold of original artwork for personal use are not allowed for redistribution.
