If you want to book an in-person or online consultation let me know through the form! I will also reach out to you if I feel it is necessary to book a consultation.
I DO tattoo face tattoos, but I will not be the artist to put the first one on your face unless you work or plan on working in a field where it will not affect your career.
I DO tattoo other traditional artists work WITH PERMISSION or with a certificate stating that I am allowed to tattoo that piece of art on your body (many mainstream artists or otherwise will sell tattoo certificates!). If its public media or famous artwork of deceased artists (ex: Van Gough's "Starry Night") I will tattoo it and make claim that it is not my original design, I am just the technician bringing it to life on your body!
I DO NOT tattoo other tattoo artist's work. If you want that tattoo and are unwilling to have me redraw it to be original or inspired by that piece, then I will refuse service.
I DO NOT tattoo genitalia, but I will tattoo around it as long as I don't make direct contact with it.
I DO NOT tattoo names/initials of partners (under 10 years together or married less than 5 years)
If you are on a budget let me know! I don't want to add stress to the process, and I will take it into consideration and give you your options.
If you want a custom tattoo and trust me but aren't sure what you want: just send me a bunch of images and subjects and I will create something for you!
Flash Tattoo & Claiming Policy:
All one-time flash designs are priced at $90/hr unless otherwise priced. Repeatable flash has a flat price and any changes in size or design add onto the final price of the piece. Once 1-1 flash designs are purchased/claimed, you must fill out my flash tattoo booking form under my contact page with the receipt of the flash claimed and a screenshot of the design. If I don't receive the completed form within a week of claiming, then the design goes back up for sale.
In addition: if the tattoo is not booked and deposit paid within 2 weeks after the form is completed, then you forfeit the claim, and the design goes back up for sale.
APPOINTMENT INFO:
I book 12pm(noon) or 5pm appointments for small and medium sized pieces. For large and/or session pieces I prefer to book 12-1pm appointments. (I will make exceptions for certain cases*).

I offer ONE free touch-up per tattoo up to a year after the tattoo is finished. Any additional touch-ups are at half my hourly rate. IF it needs a touch-up due to negligent aftercare just be honest with me and I can work with it and give it some extra T.L.C to bring your tattoo back to its former glory!

Stay hydrated: regularly drink water for 48 hours and right before your appointment.
Keep your skin clean and lotion (THIN LAYER twice daily, make sure it fully absorbs into the skin) for a week before you come for your appointment. Exfoliate gently the day before your appointment if you so choose.
Don't lotion the day of your appointment unless you have specific skin conditions.
DON’T SHAVE PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT-- to avoid irritation, infection, and razor burn; I will shave the procedure area at the appointment.

Commission Policy
Pricing
Pricing is determined by the size of the piece, how much time I estimate it will take to complete, and what materials and supplies are used. Another thing to take into consideration is whether it is art for personal use or professional use. Complete transparency is required on the commissioner's intent with the piece.
For all commissions 50% of the total price is paid up-front and the other 50% on completion.
Cancellations:
-
A cancellation prior to art being completed in full after the sketch stage is complete: 10% percent fee of the total price of the art.
-
A cancellation for any reason after the art is completed: 25% percent of fee of the total price of the artwork and I reserve all rights to the piece.
Art Legal Warranty for applicable commissions:
The Artist represents and warrants that:
The Artist is the sole creator of the Artwork and is the owner of the rights herein granted.
The Artwork is original and has not previously been published.
The Artwork does not contain any obscene, libelous or defamatory matter.
The Artwork is in no way a violation or an infringement of any existing copyright or license.
In order to get a commission from me you have to fill out my Commission Request form–and if I accept your request–sign my Commission Contract.
Commission contracts, even for small projects, are important for outlining project timelines, expectations, and accountability for all parties involved in public art, business, or organizational projects. The commission contracts outlines an agreement where I make sure: I am guaranteed and timely paid, coverage of material costs, compensation even if projects are delayed or altered, and structured check-in points to ensure project alignment with the commissioner's vision. Additionally: the commission contract goes over defining who has rights to the work either to reproduce the design (say its a band logo or illustration for an album cover) and copyright agreements and other ownership rights. I also hold the rights to use any and all art created for promotion of my business (aka: portfolio books, social media posts, and other promotions).
I will not create any art that is in direct infringement to any copyrights. For fan-art or spoof artwork I will create a separate contract outlining the fact that I do not own the subject matter of the artwork I created.
The Process:
1. Sketch Phase:
During the Sketch Phase I will be creating a sketch with the proportions and composition for the piece. During this time I will be communicating with you regarding updates and any questions you or I may have regarding the sketch. The client may request 5 rounds of revisions during the sketch phases of the commission. O will notify the client of the sketch phases ending. Further revisions after this stage may be billed at $50 per hour.
2. Creation:
After the sketch is complete, I will be working on the final draft of the work and will be completing the work. I will not be very reachable during this time and I may or may not send progress photos on how the artwork is going. Any additional changes after the artwork is complete will cost $50 per hour.
3. Completion:
Depending on the method of delivery you will receive the artwork either by picking it up from my place of work where it will be packaged and ready for you or sent in the mail. (shipping not included in the final price)-- or online over email I will send you the file for the work if it’s digital at the highest resolution possible.
Reminder: making art for commissions is not my full-time job. I do these commissions in between making custom designs and tattooing and admin work for my business so please be understanding and patient.
Numbing Cream Policy
Numbing cream brand recommendation:
-
Dr. Numb 4% Lidocaine Cream - Maximum Strength Pain Reliever with Vitamin E (don’t use anything over 4%!)
Make sure you get it from a reputable seller to avoid fake products and knockoffs.
I offer numbing spray for short-term relief during the tattoo as well if it gets to that point.
I don’t recommend numbing cream for a tattoo except under these circumstances:
-
You cannot sit for more than an hour in the chair
-
It is an extremely sensitive area for the tattoo
-
You have nerve issues and increased skin sensitivity
-
It is a piece with a lot of heavy black work, color, or a blackout piece
-
The tattoo is going over scar tissue
If it comes down to using numbing cream, please contact me for recommendations and do a patch test with the numbing cream 48 hours prior to your appointment.
*Be aware that there are extra side effects and risk factors to take into consideration with the use of numbing cream*
If you do use numbing cream after my approval, apply it in a thick area over and around the area that will be tattooed 2 hours before your appointment. Wrap and secure in with cling wrap and tape if need be.
Who shouldn't use numbing cream:
If you have any heart issues, defects, arrhythmias, other heart problems, methemoglobinemia or any blood disorders or family history of blood disorders, those with lidocaine or other numbing agent allergies.
If you don’t know if you are allergic to lidocaine or other numbing agents or never used numbing cream before, consult your doctor before considering this option.
