Once purchased and claimed, you must fill out my flash tattoo booking form under my Booking page with the receipt of the flash claimed. If I don't receive the completed form within a week of claiming, then the design goes back up for sale. In addition: if the tattoo is not booked and deposit paid within 2 weeks after the form is completed, then you forfeit the claim, and the design goes back up for sale.
